Burnout Prevention & Management

Burnout in the workplace seems ever-pervasive. Whether it's the busy season, an overload of deadlines, or big changes, often folks become overwhelmed and overloaded, making them sluggish, exhausted, and less effective. This talk will help participants to identify the true underlying causes of chronic burnout, how to prevent it, and how to manage it when it arises.

The Power of Mindfulness & Breathwork

Mindfulness and Breathwork have become buzzwords as the cures for stress and dysregulation - and for good reason! Whether practiced once or consistently, there is growing evidence to the efficacy of these practices in creating happier and healthier lives. This talk takes these holistic practices out of the clouds and demystifies them through science and experience, helping to empower participants with approachable tools to take personal responsibility for their overall wellbeing.

  • Practical breathing techniques for stress management

The breathing techniques presented in this talk are featured in Jerry's book, Essential Pranayama: Breathing Techniques for Balance, Healing, and Peace. This book can be added as a gift for participants as well.
