Rise to Self-care (February Newsletter)


Everyday, there are more and more reasons to feel stressed and overwhelmed, which brings me to plead that we all take time to practice Self-care. Self-care is anytime we allow ourselves to step away from our sympathetic nervous state (also known as the "Fight, Flight, or Freeze Response") and drop into our parasympathetic state (grounded, calm response). We all have different ways that we tap into this calm state, but here are a few reminders, in case things get a little too hard to handle...
